post-exams.

haha. no. i haven't even started my exams yet and i'm already thinking about post-exams.
but i can't wait until we find, buy and wear maxi skirts/dresses and go out for a picnic.
but for that to happen, we have to visit paddington to go shopping for maxi skirts/dresses first.
and then we'll find a nice cafe to sit down and eat my favourite all-day breakfast menu.

yes. i'm studying. let's see how much i remember from personality disorders. you don't have to read this. but i don't know how else i'm gonna keep motivating myself to study. blogging my notes it is!
cluster A: odd/eccentric.
- paranoid personality disorder: suspiscious, insecurity, hypersensitive to criticism. different to paranoid subtype of schizophrenia in that it does not involve delusional thoughts.
- schizotypal personality: social detachment. odd behaviours.
- schizoid personality: social detachment. absence of odd behaviours.

cluster B: emotional/dramatic/erratic.
- borderline personality disorder: impulsive. low sense of self-identity. depression. self-harm.
- histrionic: uncomfortable when they don't have the centre of attention. dramatic expressions of emotions.
- narcissistic: delusions of grandiosity. need for admiration.
- antisocial personality disorder: violation of regulations. aggression. deceit. irresponsibility

cluster C: anxious/fearful
- obsessional-compulsive personality disorder: i do not remember how you differ from ocd. *checks notes* orderliness, perfection, control. devoted to work/productivity with exclusion of friendships, leisure. rigid. stubborn.
- avoidant personality disorder: extreme of social phobia. social inhibition. *oh no. i keep getting confused with you and antisocial personality disorder. dies* restraint in intimate relationships. can have careers if it doesn't involve contact with others.
- dependent personality disorder: fear of abandonment. difficulty with expressing disagreement. extreme need of being taken care of. rely on others for decision-making. uncomfortable when alone. that's soooo me.
